Hacking education VIII: keeping the illusion alive

At six years old a child enters our educational system wanting to be an astronaut and leaves at twenty-two wanting to be a civil servant.
Why do we laminate their illusion?
Why are we gradually turning them into little gray men?
Why do we try to make them into something that has no place in the 21st century, such as repeating machines?
We project our fears on them and we have only managed to have a mountain of fifteen-year-olds.
We creative adults are nothing more than children who have survived the crack-up of our educational system.
